The Men’s UCI Continental Cycling Team was established in 2020 after five years of development. In its last competitive year (2024), the team competed against World Tour and Pro Tour teams across Europe, achieving podium finishes in over a quarter of the races in which they competed, across 40 UCI race days in the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Estonia. The team raced in the HSBC Road series, the HSBC National Circuit Series, the Tour Series and the National Road Championships as well as UCI races across Europe, including the Tour of Britain. Further afield, they also raced in China and Japan building a large fan base with their performance.

A strong roster of riders blended seasoned professionals with emerging young talent, overseen by a highly experienced management team. The men's UCI team was perceived as one of the most dynamic teams in Europe for setting races alight and entertaining the audiences.
