THE SAINT PIRAN WOMENS ROAD TEAM

The Saint Piran Women’s Road Team (WRT) was an elite race team geared towards providing rider development and offering opportunities. Founded in 2020, the team took influence from our successful UCI Continental men’s team, whilst maintaining their own identity. In it’s time the team grew from a small group of riders into a team capable of competitively racing the UK domestic calendar.

The 2024 were headed up by John Trott, Saint Piran’s Director of Cycling, and included a combination of experience and talent. This approach gave the team the ability to be more results- driven, whilst also giving talented younger and less experienced riders the chance to learn from their team-mates in a fun and proactive environment.
