Bio

I started cycling 5 years ago doing time trials with my local cycling club Scarborough Paragon and never looked back. I joined a team and got into road racing and soon found a passion for town centre crits after getting the chance to race in the Tour Series.  Outside of cycling, I work full time as a registered Veterinary nurse. The break from racing due to covid gave me the chance to focus on my final exams for Veterinary Nursing without missing out on many races. My favourite race must be the Ras na mBan in Ireland, I've raced it twice now. I love the terrain over there and the mix of wide roads with mountains. The Queen stage always has an amazing mountain top finish. Last year I got myself into the chasing group on the climb, it felt so great to be up at the front of the race.
