SUMMARY OF ROLE

With 22 years experience of Exercise Rehabilitation within the Royal Navy, I have had the opportunity to work with many Cyclists and Cycling Teams over the years to give me a great experience in the field for Soigneur with SAINT PIRAN.

I have always been a keen cycling enthusiast where I rode for the Navy at the Combined Services Champs. I'm now self employed and own a gym, where we go that extra mile to encourage, support and guide our clients on their fitness journey. A day to day job which I find incredibly rewarding.

My role as Lead Soigneur is to co-ordinate all Soigneurs for our race calendar to support the SP Team throughout the busy race calendar. Forever in contact with Ricci and John, letting them know where we stand with manpower, equipment and reports on the team throughout the races.

Constantly ensuring our team riders are at their optimum, both physically and mentally in readiness for the stage. Never a dull moment in the day of a Swanny!
