BIO
I got into cycling watching the 2008 Olympics. I was instantly hooked on the speed and the spectacle of track cycling. I went down to a taster session in Newport and the rest is history. I've learnt to enjoy the process of trying to be the best rider I can be, instead of just focusing on the results. I find that trying to be the best I can be every day will help me reach my goals. I just take inspiration from doing the little things right and building confidence from doing the hard work. Outside of cycling, I'm a big rugby fan - I enjoy going to games and watching them on the tv. I like watching most sports, as well as chilling with my mates.
NOTABLE CARRER MOMENTS
I have been pretty blessed to have been able to compete in the commonwealth games for wales twice in my career already. Along with winning titles at the European level on the track and medals at the world level.
CYCLING ASPIRATIONS
My dream is to win a world title and Olympic medal on the track - hopefully both will happen within the next two years!
IMPACT OF SAINT PIRAN
While I have big aspirations on the track this year, I am really looking forward to competing with Saint Piran on the road. I'm excited to join the team and become a part of the good momentum the team gained towards the end of last season. I'm looking forward to enjoying racing on the road again.
