FlanRu Ribinou Gravel ride

The FlanRu Ribinou is an annual gravel, grit and dirt event with intersecting tarmac situated in Somerset. The organiser, Coxy puts together a new route each year involving 22 sectors (just think Belgian classics)! It’s a load of fun and it’s fairly low key and usually involves a beer and a burger at the finish at Sweets Tea Rooms. The route also involves a few steep short climbs on and offroad. We try to ride the offroad sections without falling off or slipping on greasy roofs and rocks. It’s all good practice for future Gravel and Cyclo Cross races later in the season.
