SWCX Rnd 4 - Wadebridge

Breathe in, it’s photograph time! The Cross season is well and truly here and it’s getting wetter! Greasy slippery corners and much attention to tyre choice and tyre pressure. The racing today was pretty tight between 4th to 7th overall and the battle was intense with much swapping of positions! My kamikaze attempts on the gravel decent paid off and the punchy kickers played to my advantage, nonetheless Killer Kilburn laughed a lot from behind when I almost came a cropper with a wooden post…such is the banter when racing is in progress. I’m very happy with my results today. 1st V50 and 5th overall. And I don’t mind being the filling in the Mid Devon sandwich on the podium!!
