TWO more riders join for 2020

Saint Piran welcomes two young and very exciting riders to the team - 18 year-olds Tristan Davies from St Agnes in Cornwall and Jenson Young from Yorkshire. Both are currently plying their trades in Cyclocross, and Jenson has already represented team GB in the Koksijde World Cup at U23 level. With several international cross riders, including Mathieu Van der Poel and Tom Pidcock currently in the pro road peloton, having young riders with this level of skill and fitness makes the utmost sense. 

Team Ambassador Steve Lampier is extremely excited to have these young lads on board. “ I met Jenson a few years ago while he was on holiday with his family. I kept tabs on his progress and wanted him to be part of this setup. Likewise with Tristan, who is a young, fast Cornish rider I’ve seen mature and develop. We at Saint Piran want to help these riders develop on the road, while allowing them to progress in Cross and Mountain biking.
