I got into cycling aged 14 through family, at this time just road racing and I continued this through the youth and junior age groups. I then took a break from racing and studied Psychology at Sheffield Hallam Uni. In 2022 I rode my first season with Saint Piran WRT on the road. After moving down to Cornwall last year, a love for riding off-road was found and led me to entering my first XC Mountain Bike race at the end of that season, which I loved! And after racing my first mountain bike season in 2023 I’m excited to be continuing with Saint Piran MTB next year! 

This season I have learnt so much about a different discipline of cycling and working on improving my technical riding has been a new challenge which I have really enjoyed! My favourite race of 2023 was definitely the National XC round at Woody’s Bike Park. 

The team support on and off the bike is unmatched, the team is unique in it’s design and has it’s sights on big plans for the future, and this has a real positive impact. Off the bike I work with Saint Piran in Cornwall, I work at Saint Piran Cafe & Bike Hire based in the Bissoe valley which I love.
