Born and raised on the Isle of Man, my cycling journey began when I first picked up a bike at the age of 3. I grew up riding BMX and MTB, loving every minute of it, developing a huge passion and drive for success in the process. Throughout my early years of racing, my desire and determination in the sport, progressed into the dream of becoming a professional and pursuing cycling as my career.
In 2011, after my first major competition, the Commonwealth Youth Games, the pursuit of my dream of making cycling my career began. Since that moment, I have never looked back, improving, learning, and developing year on year, right up until this point, which has arguably been my best to date, but I feel that there is definitely more to achieve on and off the bike.
I look forward to building on a winning momentum into 2022, continuing to perform at the highest level and working hard to achieve my personal and team goals this season, some of which include international events such as the European UCI races, Tour of Britain and the Commonwealth Games. I know that I am the best that I have ever been going into 2022 and I am very confident that we will be able achieve all these ambitions and much more.
