We are very aware of our responsibilities as an employer of over 40 staff, including riders. Since the inception of the Saint Piran project we have always maintained a duty of care to our employees and those we work with. 

As an evolving business we are very proud of the family and community environment we have built between our retail outlet, our bike hire/cafe facility in Bissoe and the men’s and women’s teams. Like all businesses we are always learning as we meet new challenges and 2023 is no different. 

We are more competitive as teams in all disciplines we are riding and growing as a brand and as a business and that brings pressures. We are very much focused on ensuring those pressures do not impact on how we value and manage the staff and as such will be announcing exciting new developments later in March 2023. 

The world of professional sport does not always treat its staff and sportspeople well. We are firmly committed to making sure we do the very best we can - for our staff, our riders and those around the Saint Piran family.
