Saint Piran partners with local business Flow Sports Therapy

Training and racing is a stressful process for the body and ensuring we are doing the most to look after our bodies means we are less likely to get injured and more likely to reach our goals!

Redruth based Flow Sports Therapy is run by Luke Collins and Natalie Hamill, both have vast amounts of experience and a real, genuine desire to help their clients to perform at their best in whatever capacity that may be. Women’s team manager Jenny said “Natalie recently joined us for a social ride and we briefly discussed if there was an opportunity to partner, these conversations have continued since and I’ve been to their facilities and had a couple of treatments/sessions myself. Their professionalism, facilities and experience made it a really easy decision for us to partner.”

There are short term and longer term plans, discounts for our riders, cycling specific strength and conditioning classes, and we look forward to having them on hand at some of our bigger races once the race season begins too!

“We are a Cornish set up, we have a number of local riders especially within our development teams, we have frequent training camps here in Cornwall so to partner with another local business really fits into our desire to ‘keep it local’, we can’t wait to see this partnership grow” says Saint Piran owner and founder Richard Pascoe

Luke and Natalie are equally enthused and excited for the future

“Flow Sports Therapy is looking forward to a partnership with Saint Piran Professional Cycling team. As a fellow local small Cornish business, we are ecstatic to have been able to offer services to the riders of Saint Piran, being able to help them perform week in and week out. We will be helping with soft tissue therapy along with strength and conditioning programming from our bespoke facilities in the heart of Redruth including the option of online programming. Saint Piran's ethos aligns very much with our own, of promoting sport and health in Cornwall. Along with supporting local business and athletes. We are very privileged to be able to work alongside these exceptional athletes and dedicated Directors, watching Saint Piran grow over the last few years has been exciting and inspiring. We are looking forward to being involved and watching the teams further succeed nationally and internationally.”

Please take a look at their website and follow on social media to keep up to date with their news and to see how they help our riders through winter training and their upcoming season.
